GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND RULES FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE PRIZE DRAW

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRIZE DRAW ORGANISER

The organiser of the prize draw is Gecko Motion d.o.o., Ulica Vita Kraigherja 5, 2000 Maribor, Tax ID: SI86601474, Company registration number: 7016964000 (hereinafter: the Organiser).

Everyone who completes the prize draw accepts these Rules, is familiar with them, and by participating in the prize draw fully agrees to them.

DURATION OF THE PRIZE DRAW

The prize draw takes place on the website https://geckomotion.si/nagradna-igra from 7 1. 2026, until 31. 1. 2026. Participants can take part in the prize draw from the date it is published, 7 1. 2026, until 31 1. 2026, with the option of an extension.

PARTICIPANTS

All natural persons who register to participate in the prize draw during the prize draw period may take part.

If the winner is a person under the age of 18, the winner must be represented by a person over the age of 18 who, by law and/or on the basis of an appropriate authorisation, has the right to represent this minor.

Employees of the organiser or the agency, their immediate family members, and persons directly involved in running the prize draw may not participate.

Each participant may take part in the prize draw only in their own name and, by participating, confirms that all personal data provided is their own personal data and that they agree to these rules.

A participant may withdraw from the prize draw at any time up to the end of the prize draw and the draw. The withdrawal must be requested by email to info@geckomotion.si. In this case, the participant will be excluded from further participation in the prize draw and from all purposes of processing personal and other data from the prize draw.

ORGANISATION AND METHOD OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE DRAW

The prize draw takes place on the website https://geckomotion.si/nagradna-igra. By participating in the prize draw, the participant accepts the rules and agrees that, in the event they are drawn, their details will be published on Facebook, Instagram, or the Planet Nogomet website (https://planetnogomet.si) and Gecko Motion (https://geckomotion.si/), and that, at the organiser’s request, they will provide the information required to claim the prize.

To participate in the prize draw, all you need to do is sign up for the newsletter, i.e., enter your email address.

PRIZE DRAW, MINUTES, PUBLICATION OF WINNERS AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

All correctly submitted entries received by 31 1. 2026 at 8:00 PM will be included in the draw. The draw will take place at the Organiser’s registered office on 2 2. 2026 at 10:00 AM. The Organiser reserves the right to extend the prize draw.

From all valid entries, 3 winners will be drawn. One will receive a voucher worth EUR 100, and the other two will each receive a voucher worth EUR 50. Winners will be able to redeem the vouchers on the Gecko website.

Prizes are not transferable to third parties and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winners will be notified of the selection no later than ten (10) business days after the prize draw ends, via email. If a winner does not respond to the organiser or the contracted processor within three (3) business days of receiving the message, it will be considered that they are withdrawing from the prize draw and, at the same time, waiving their right to the prize.

The person drawn for the main prize will be asked, in the notification message, to provide their personal details and the method for further communication regarding claiming the prize.

The Organiser does not cover any costs that may arise from claiming the prize.

The Organiser also assumes no liability for any damage that the winner may suffer during participation in the prize draw, after it, or when claiming the prizes.

The Organiser will verify whether the winners participated in the prize draw in accordance with these Rules. If their entry is declared invalid, a new winner will be drawn.

Minutes are kept of the draw, which must include: the place and time of the draw, the first and last names and addresses of the present members of the commission and the winners (winner’s first name, last name and address, year of birth, and the name of the prize for each winner). The minutes are signed by the person conducting the draw.

The draw results are final and cannot be appealed.

CLAIMING PRIZES

Winners who meet the conditions of these Rules will arrange the claiming of the prize with the prize draw organiser after being notified of the draw result via message.

If the winner does not claim the prize by the specified deadline, they lose the right to the prize, and the Organiser is released from its obligation to hand over the prize to such winners.

The prize draw organiser reserves the right not to award a prize if:

  • there is doubt about the identity of the data;
  • it is established that the user participated in the game contrary to the rules and conditions of the prize draw.

Prizes are taxed in accordance with the Personal Income Tax Act.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The prize draw organiser bears no liability and does not participate in disputes regarding ownership of the drawn prizes.

The Organiser assumes no liability whatsoever for any damage that may arise as a result of claiming or using the prizes, which prize draw participants expressly agree to.

The Organiser assumes no liability for:

– the (non-)functioning of the email address entry form,

– any consequences arising from using the prizes.

TERMINATION OF OBLIGATIONS

At the moment the prize is claimed, or, if necessary, upon signing a special contract or statement of prize acceptance, all obligations of the Organiser towards the winner cease.

TERMINATION OF THE PRIZE DRAW

The prize draw may be terminated only if circumstances arise for which the Organiser is not responsible, or which it could not prevent, eliminate, or avoid.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA:

All personal data is protected in accordance with these Rules, the Organiser’s general acts in the field of personal data protection, and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act

(ZVOP-1).

Prize draw participants expressly agree that the prize draw Organiser may use their personal data, which participants provide as part of participation in the prize draw, for the purposes of this prize draw.

By participating in the prize draw, the participant also agrees that they allow the prize draw Organiser or persons authorised by it or the contracted processor to use their personal data (email address) for the purpose of informing them about promotions, new prize draws, and other promotional activities, with the option to unsubscribe.

The prize draw Organiser may process the stated data for its own purposes until consent is withdrawn, or for a maximum of 5 years after the draw. During the management of personal data, the individual has the option to access and update the data in the database.

The participant agrees that their personal data (first and last name), if they receive a prize, may be published on other social networks (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), for which they will not request payment or compensation from the Organiser.

The list of winners is kept by the Organiser.

By giving consent, the prize draw participant allows the Organiser, as the controller of the database, to process the collected personal data for the purposes of the prize draw, processing statistics, marketing research, and for the purposes of direct marketing via email.

The participant may withdraw this permission at any time by a written request via email or by post to the Organiser’s address.

DOCUMENTATION

The Organiser keeps documentation related to the prize draw, as follows:

  • documentation related to the organisation and implementation of the prize draw and these rules is kept on the organiser’s premises for five (5) years;
  • documentation related to winners (personal data notifications, tax documentation) is kept in accordance with applicable tax and accounting regulations.

After the above deadlines, the Organiser destroys the documentation in accordance with its internal acts.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Everyone who participates in the prize draw accepts the rights and obligations under these Rules.

The Organiser is not responsible for late, incomplete, or incorrect answers to the prize question. The decision of the prize draw organiser on all matters related to the prize draw and the rules associated with it is final and applies to all participants. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, these rules shall be considered primary in relation to any other possible publications, whether in print, electronic, or any other form. The authentic interpretation of these rules is determined exclusively by the Organiser.

The prize draw organiser reserves the right to amend these Rules if required by legal, technical, or commercial reasons. Participants will be informed of any changes to these Rules by publication either on its social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) or by a notice on the website.

The contracting parties agree that they will resolve disputes arising from this prize draw amicably; otherwise, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction. These rules enter into force on the date of adoption.

The prize draw rules enter into force on 7 1. 2026.
