Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in unused and original condition with all packaging intact.
• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@geckomotion.si with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.
4. Once received, we will process your return or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
